📋 Job Description: As part of the Selection Monitoring Program Operations team, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for collecting and validating selection data from various sources. Conducting thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to strict quality standards before the data is ingested into datasets is a primary focus of this role.

🔍 Additional Responsibilities:

• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and aggregate audit data effectively.
• Preference for expertise in MS-Excel functions and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Understanding basic statistical principles and proficiency in recognizing data patterns is advantageous.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of data discrepancies.
• Provide objective feedback and insights based on trend analysis to enhance data quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to streamline operations.
• Act as a mentor to new team members, facilitating their integration and knowledge transfer.
• Active participation in team meetings and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
