We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow and coding skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with different automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the agile methodology for software development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing automation test frameworks
- Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
- Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
- Create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
- Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform
- Coding skills with the ability to produce high-quality results
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects
- Familiarity with agile methodology for software development teams
- Understanding of testing techniques, including performance, unit, integration, automated
- Ability to use tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools to assist with daily tasks
