Job Title: Accenture Hack Diva Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Accenture Hack Diva Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contest designed to empower and encourage female engineering students in India to showcase their skills and compete for prizes worth ₹25,000, with an opportunity for fast-track recruitment into Accenture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the eligibility criteria, rules, and guidelines for the Accenture Hack Diva contest.
- Coordinate and oversee the MCQ and coding assessments, ensuring that they run smoothly and on schedule.
- Communicate with all eligible participants to provide guidance and support throughout the competition.
- Work with the judging team to score submissions, evaluate performance, and identify the top 10 candidates.
- Manage the Fast-Track recruitment process, ensuring that eligible candidates are provided with timely information and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to promote the contest, increase participation, and raise awareness of Accenture’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all participants and their submissions.
- Provide regular updates on the contest progress to stakeholders and Accenture leadership.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to participants and stakeholders throughout the contest.
- Ensure that all aspects of the contest comply with Accenture policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience coordinating events or projects, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with coding fundamentals and programming languages.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
