Job Title: Research Analyst

Job Description:

JLL, a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management, is seeking fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to join their team as Research Analysts. The role involves performing data entry of property, company, and transaction information into the Research database, monitoring data quality dashboards, correcting inaccurate data, analyzing results of training courses, coordinating with Research team leadership, participating in ad hoc projects, ensuring productivity and efficiency, approaching clients with a best-in-class service provider attitude, actively participating in the development of best practices, and providing training and guidance to team members when required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of property, company, and transaction information into the Research database.
• Regularly monitor data quality dashboards to proactively identify and correct inaccurate and incomplete data, or escalate to the local Researcher.
• Monitor company names in the database and merge and enrich records with additional data.
• Analyze results of training courses and redesign courses as needed.
• Correct inaccurate location information within the database based on a strict geographic hierarchy.
• Coordinate with Research team leadership on data quality initiatives to increase completeness and quality of data.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
• Ensure productivity and efficiency as per business requirements.
• Approach clients and deliverables with a best-in-class service provider attitude.
• Actively participate in the development of best practices, training materials, operations manual charters, and standardized tools.
• Act as a mentor and provide training and guidance to team members when required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate qualification.
• Freshers or 0-1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in using a property management/lease administration system preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility/adaptability to change and receptivity to new ideas.
• Ability to deal with day-to-day stress and effectively manage self and emotions.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and interpersonal skills.
