Job Title: Service Desk Associate (International Voice Support) – Freshers
Job Description:
Unisys, a global information technology company, is looking for a Service Desk Associate to join their team. As a Service Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for all end user reported issues or requests, providing technical support for internal and external customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, operating systems, networking, and application issues, as well as escalating complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering. You will also be expected to maintain call quality and response times as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure all cases are updated in the system.

Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems, hardware, networking, and MS applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Excellent judgment skills to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7)
