Genpact is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Process Associates in the Banking AML/KYC domain. As a Process Associate, you will play a key role in handling and processing transactions related to Commercial Insurance and Finance & Accounting. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills, specifically in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform researched-based Counterparty Due Diligence activities related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in the banking industry.
2. Engage with clients through various communication channels such as trainings, conference calls, and emails, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
3. Handle Management Information System (MIS) activities and collate data accurately.
4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and initiatives.
5. Utilize your understanding of the Commercial Insurance and Finance & Accounting domain to effectively handle and process transactions.
6. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex scenarios and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
2. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong understanding of the Commercial Insurance/Finance & Accounting domain.
5. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
6. Previous experience in the banking or insurance sector will be an added advantage.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with businesses both verbally and through emails.
