This function is pivotal in turning in wonderful service and operational excellence to our customers, making sure seamless execution of business procedures and keeping consumer pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management
- Transaction Processing: Execute and manage transactions accurately and efficiently, including data entry, processing invoices, handling client queries, and managing orders as required by the business unit.
- Documentation: Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring all procedural guidelines are followed. This includes creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and keeping records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure processes are executed according to established standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance process efficiency.
- Client Interaction
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing issues and providing timely updates. Ensure clear and professional communication at all times.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. This includes participating in client meetings and reporting on process performance.
- Operational Excellence
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize performance. Leverage technology and innovation to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. This involves analyzing root causes, developing action plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
