We are seeking fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues for the role of System Engineer.

Job Designation: System Engineer
Salary: 4 LPA – 6 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set:

  • Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues.
  • Good understanding of operating systems and system applications.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in quality and process management.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to empathize, pacify, and handle irate customers with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications over remote support.
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors when needed.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Researching required information using available resources and offering solutions to customers.
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Recognizing and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls.
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions provided.
  • Completing call logs and reports.
