Join the Earner’s org in Bangalore, a dynamic team dedicated to building solutions that empower our Earners to easily onboard to Uber and discover new earning opportunities. As part of the Earner Onboarding Team, you will develop cutting-edge user experiences that make Uber the premier platform for Earners.
Your work will enable Earners to swiftly onboard to Uber, explore new earning possibilities, and maximize their earning potential.
What You’ll Do
In this Full Stack Engineering role, we’re seeking a passionate engineer to join the Earner Onboarding Team. You will:
- Serve as a Full Stack Engineer, leading critical projects and initiatives across multiple pods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, product, operations, and other involved orgs.
- Enhance and establish good engineering practices and discipline within the team.
- Interface and work with Senior Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Senior Staff Engineers in cross-team engagements.
What You’ll Need
- Own project development end-to-end, including requirements, design, development, testing, feedback, and iteration.
- Contribute to documentation, partner support, on-call duties, and bug fixes.
- Participate in shaping the vision and roadmap of the team.
- Lead in certain domains, processes, or cultures within the team.

Office Expectations
Offices remain central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, employees are expected to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
