Key Responsibilities:

  9. Collaboration
    Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and IT to ensure HR policies and processes align with overall company operations. Your role will involve cross-functional teamwork to optimize workflows and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

Jarvis is seeking a qualified HR Consultant with the following background:

  • Educational Qualification:
    A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in HR will be considered a plus.
  • Experience:
    Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an HR role. The maximum experience accepted is 7 years, ensuring that candidates have a good mix of industry knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Core HR Knowledge:
    The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core HR principles such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You’ll need to explain complex HR issues in a way that is understandable to employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. You’ll face various employee issues and must find fair, efficient solutions to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, as is experience with HRIS systems. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, and HR software will also be advantageous.
  • Certifications:
    Having SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus. This will demonstrate your commitment to continued learning in the HR field.
