Position: Sales Development Representative – Remote

Role Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating the OptimHire platform’s capabilities, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience posting job listings. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who excels at high-volume client outreach and has a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments. You will be a key player in helping businesses connect with the talent they need while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Outreach: Make approximately 100-150 calls each day to reach potential clients, introducing them to the benefits of OptimHire’s platform.
- Client Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain strong, lasting B2B client relationships, acting as the main point of contact during their experience with OptimHire.
- Platform Demonstrations: Conduct at least five virtual demos per day to showcase the platform’s features, ensuring clients understand how it can streamline their hiring process.
- Follow-Up Communications: Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn connection requests to clients, nurturing relationships and keeping clients engaged throughout the onboarding journey.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during the client onboarding process, ensuring clients receive timely and professional support.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Proven Call Experience: Experience making 100-150 calls daily, effectively managing high-volume client outreach.
- Demo Skills: Ability to conduct at least five platform demos each day, focusing on clearly showcasing features and providing answers to client questions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS or HR Tech industries is a plus, as is experience within the B2B domain in India.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and convey platform benefits persuasively.
- Self-Motivated: Results-driven, with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Remote Work Capability: Proven track record of working effectively in a remote work setting, meeting daily targets and deadlines without direct supervision.
