Job Overview
As a Systems Analyst 1 – Support, your primary responsibility will be to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base. You’ll act as a customer advocate, addressing both technical and non-technical inquiries while resolving issues related to Oracle’s Electronic Support Services.
You will collaborate with IT staff, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide resolutions for Oracle products. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Oracle’s high standards of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Address post-sales non-technical and technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to Oracle products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support.
- Facilitate customer relationships and advocate for their needs with internal teams.
- Work with minimal supervision while managing escalated issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 2+ years
- Languages: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
