Role Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening using Bridger, the enterprise screening tool.
🔹 Perform enhanced due diligence and collaborate with business and compliance teams to resolve potential sanctions matches.
🔹 Ensure timely clearance of Bridger hits during payments processing, batch scanning, or real-time operations, adhering to sanctions manuals and relevant policies.
🔹 Maintain established Compliance & Control goals.
🔹 Support different FX & Global Pay locations with flexible working hours.
🔹 Report and escalate significant issues promptly.
🔹 Effectively manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
🔹 Ensure seamless process delivery with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on controls and compliance.
🔹 Continuously learn and adapt while performing responsibilities.

Role Requirements:

✔ Keen attention to detail in investigations, analysis, and documentation.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in computer and internet research tools.
✔ Effective communication and excellent writing skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
