💼 Job Role: Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)

🎯 What You’ll Do as a CSAM

✨ Own and manage relationships with Adobe’s SMB clients in North America
📈 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Adobe Cloud-based products
📊 Analyze client behavior and sales cues to guide them toward relevant solutions
📞 Engage via phone, email, and digital platforms to enhance the customer journey
📋 Manage sales pipelines, update forecasts, and ensure a smooth client experience
🛠 Collaborate with support, marketing, and solution specialists to drive retention


✅ What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions preferred

  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn

  • Willingness to work during US time zones

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
