Job Description:

• Developing, designing, and maintaining technologies.
• Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
• Delivering code within time and quality expectations, and participating in peer reviews.
• Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Preparing reports related to software testing and analyzing results for submission to the development team.
• Understanding business drivers impacting performance and delivering software to meet expectations.
• Incorporating technology trends into solutions.
• Participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionality, and technologies, and integrating them into existing solutions.

Assessment Process:

• Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation for online assessments.
• The assessment is in two stages, including a mandatory 20-minute mock/practice assessment.
• Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical assessment (90 minutes)
  • English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, abstract reasoning.
  • Technical assessment covering common applications, MS Office, pseudocode, fundamentals of networking, security, and cloud.
  • Followed by a coding assessment immediately after completion.
• Assessment #2: Coding assessment (45 minutes)
  • Solve two questions using C, C++, Dot Net, Java, or Python.
• Assessment #3: Communication assessment (Optional, approximately 30 minutes)
  • Evaluate sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
