Job Description: Accenture’s Transaction Risk Management team is seeking dynamic individuals to join as Business Operations New Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing potential fraudulent or high-risk transactions and taking necessary actions on customer accounts, aligning with the defined client policies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security and integrity of customer transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Review KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to determine the authenticity of customer profiles.
• Investigate fraud claims from customers and initiate appropriate actions on customer accounts, following client policies.
• Anticipate, plan for, and react to risks and issues related to projects, categorizing their severity and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Follow an agile approach to integrate risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events, enabling continuous project delivery.
• Solve routine problems based on precedents and guidelines, seeking referrals when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication within your team and with your direct supervisor.
• Adhere to detailed instructions for task execution, with the decisions you make impacting your work.
• Utilize basic statistical knowledge and business terminology in discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project members to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on predetermined scope of work.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and internet browsing.
• Quick learning agility and commitment to quality.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend.
