Job Description:

Accenture is seeking fresh graduates with good communication skills, excellent customer service management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, and strong data analytics and digital marketing skills for the position of Corporate Digital Marketing New Associate – Campaign Management – Reporting Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Join the Marketing Operations team and contribute to Accenture’s managed services division.
• Focus on planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns as part of the campaign management team.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation to launch to result evaluation.
• Utilize ROI calculations to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and relevant technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation Studio, Google DV360, and Responsys.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports and analysis in the Reporting and Analytics function.
• Utilize trusted data and insights to track business performance and actively manage employee behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduation.
• Experience: Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience.
• Skills:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong data analytics and digital marketing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
