Job Description:

Accenture is seeking fresh graduates with good communication skills and knowledge in payroll processing and controls for the role of Transaction Processing Associate. As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team of collaborative experts, helping to improve the way the world works and lives for the world’s leading companies and governments.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Sarbox, and other equivalent regulations
• Utilize data analytic tools such as Tableau/PowerBi for reporting and analysis
• Understand and apply knowledge of Central Wage Codes impacting payroll
• Familiarity with Gratuity Act, Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Income Tax, and other relevant payroll regulations
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll processing activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Continuously update and enhance knowledge of payroll processing and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of payroll processing and controls
• Familiarity with data analytic tools such as Tableau/PowerBi
• Understanding of Central Wage Codes impacting payroll
• Knowledge of Gratuity Act, Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Income Tax, and other relevant payroll regulations
