Accenture is seeking fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join as Associate Software Engineer in Packaged App Development.

Experience: Freshers / 0 – 11 Months
Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development
- Familiarity with .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis
- Experience or knowledge in Salesforce.com configuration and customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and configuring applications based on business requirements
- Integrating automation solutions and new technologies into existing solutions
- Resolving incidents and providing customer support through various channels
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Supporting infrastructure operations and managing IT production systems
Assessment Process:
- Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation for online assessments
- Assessments include cognitive, technical, coding, and communication evaluations
- Candidates must meet the specified cut-offs to proceed to the next assessment stage
- Successful candidates will undergo interviews as part of the selection process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2022 & 2023 pass outs
- No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding
- Maximum 11 months of experience
- Eligibility to work in India with relevant work permit documents
