Job Title: Procure to Pay Processing Associate
Job Summary:
Accenture is seeking to hire fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities for the position of Procure to Pay Processing Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement orders, purchase management, procurement support, and order management while ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving processes.
- Handle order sequence of procurement and financial processes end-to-end.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of expense invoices/claims in adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Handle audit claims in accordance with client policies and procedures.
- Work on save/post invoice in ERP, verify WHT, VAT/WHT discrepancy resolution.
- Post the invoices for payment and work on PO Process, Non-PO, credit note, 2-way Match & 3-Way Match.
- Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Establish strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Order Management, Procurement Management, and Procurement Support.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships.
- Ability to handle disputes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Email management and ERP knowledge.

This position is based in Gurugram, India.
