Accenture, a global professional services company, is seeking a Network Operations New Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring computer and telecommunications networks.
As a Network Operations & Service Management Associate, you will be aligned with our Network Operations vertical to help communication clients address challenges and improve customer service. Your primary interaction will be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You will be responsible for solving routine problems using precedent and referral to general guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable, flexible and able to work well in a team.
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
