Key Responsibilities
- Infra Managed Services
- Manage and support infrastructure services, ensuring security and reliability for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Application/Cloud Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot applications and cloud computing systems using technical knowledge.
- Apply solutions for technical issues, ensuring efficient application performance.
- Project Control Services
- Enable effective program management and monitor technology deliverables.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and proactively resolve project issues.
- Low/No-Code App Development
- Design and develop applications using low-code platforms tailored to client needs.
- Streamline business processes through automation and optimization.
- Quality Engineering
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets high-quality standards.
- Analyze results and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-engineering graduates or postgraduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.).
- Maximum of 23 months of full-time experience.
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Must be willing to work across different shifts and locations in India.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India.
