As a Customer & Digital Support New Associate – Query Management, you will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best possible resolutions to dissatisfied customers. You will be a part of the Customer Service Technology Support team, providing technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software, and infrastructure, and troubleshooting technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incidents/issues reported by customers predominantly through voice interaction, email, web tickets, and remote support.
- Solve routine problems following established guidelines and procedures.
- Close faults and complaints within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Provide inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat support to resolve customer issues.
- Interact primarily with your own team and direct supervisor.
- Make decisions that impact your own work, closely supervised as an individual contributor with a narrow scope of work.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge in troubleshooting technical problems in software and systems infrastructure.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships and handle disputes.
- Adaptable and flexible.
