Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Technology Support New Associate to join Accenture’s Customer Service Technology Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software, and infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting technical problems. As part of the Query Management team, you will be accountable for inbound/outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of dissatisfied customers, and providing the best resolutions
- Close faults and complaints within SLAs
- Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Interact with your team and direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Any graduation
- Freshers/0-1 years of experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good customer service skills and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and flexible
