Job Description:

Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Analysts. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations. We are looking for both fresher and experienced candidates who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, and expertise in Data Analysis and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and provide objective, actionable feedback based on trends and findings.
• Create and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Mentor and assist new recruits in quickly ramping up their skills and knowledge.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Meet deadlines consistently and deliver results as expected.
• Demonstrate an eye for detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Identify trends and patterns in audit output, and aggregate audit data effectively.
• Utilize MS Excel functions and preferably VBA to efficiently aggregate data.
• Understand basic statistics and distributions, and use them to detect patterns in data.
• Identify root causes of errors and collaborate with Support Engineers/Developers to resolve issues and prevent their recurrence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Expertise in Data Analysis and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Experience in performing Quality Audits preferred.
