Job Description: On a regular workday, the Support Engineer will primarily focus on resolving customer cases through various channels such as telephone, email, and web/live chat. Using advanced troubleshooting methods, you will provide customized solutions for customers and engage with them to deeply investigate the root cause of issues.
In addition to addressing a wide range of technical challenges, an AWS Support Engineer might also engage in coaching and mentoring new hires, creating and delivering training, collaborating with development teams on complex issues, participating in new hiring initiatives, developing tools/scripts for team support, or working with leadership on process enhancement and strategic initiatives to ensure a superior customer experience and adherence to global AWS standards, practices, and policies.
