Skill Set

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm

Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, resolve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes addressing questions about orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You’ll use various tools to navigate, research, and provide effective solutions.

This role requires flexibility to work variable hours to meet customer demand. Your workweek will consist of a minimum of 5×8-hour shifts, and you may need to work national holidays. Shift patterns will vary within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm, from Sunday to Monday.
