About Us: Global Operations Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) is dedicated to providing critical human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities. Our mission is to facilitate hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images. We receive short-duration videos (typically between 15 and 20 seconds) from fulfillment centers, and our team of GO AI Associates annotates these videos with essential information about the stored products. This process significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our automated systems and contributes to the maintenance of stow quality at the fulfillment center.

Job Description: As a GO AI Associate, you play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities include watching videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, comprehending the content thoroughly, and using your human judgment in combination with our tools to annotate the captured activities accurately. You will verify or mark the product’s location using specialized tools while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. This critical task ensures the fulfillment center’s stow quality is maintained at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Watch and comprehend videos of stowing actions.
• Annotate videos/images accurately, ensuring the highest level of precision.
• Mark product locations using specialized tools.
• Adhere to deadlines and maintain a commitment to meeting them.
• Demonstrate a constructive spirit of discontent and mental toughness.
• Consistently implement tasks at a fast pace.
• Ability to annotate video-based jobs for prolonged periods.
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams and be a strong team player.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional data accuracy skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstrable understanding of the internet and the ability to set up/use a laptop or desktop and basic tools/applications required for day-to-day work.
• Must have access to a laptop or desktop with a webcam and high-quality USB headphones with a microphone for assessments.
