Job Description:
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process – Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Amazon customers. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize work and ensure productivity and department standards.
- Demonstrate good comprehension skills to understand and address customer issues appropriately.
- Use desktop/laptop computer systems and familiarize with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Demonstrate good typing skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
- Any graduation degree.
- Freshers or candidates with 0-5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
