Job Description:
As a Transportation Quality Specialist at Amazon’s Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the last mile delivery process. You will be the first line of support for address resolution, geocode correction, map edits, driver support, and static route management in the Last Mile, as well as handling other operational issues related to transportation processes and optimization.
Our team works closely with product, engineering, data science, and operations to enhance the accuracy of data used for optimizing last-mile delivery. We identify gaps in existing technology and implement sustainable solutions to minimize these gaps. Additionally, we run audit programs to address exceptions in last mile technology, ensuring smooth business operations.
Your contributions will directly impact our customers, ensuring successful deliveries through accurate corrections and edits. You will need to adapt quickly to various tasks and troubleshoot static route issues, develop monitoring solutions, and resolve technical challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects alongside development teams, enhancing tools, automating support processes, and documenting systems.
