As a member of the Services Support Team under Catalog Support and Programs (CSP) in ASCS Org, you will be responsible for providing Service Level issue support to all ASCS Engineering teams. This includes ensuring software packages/configurations are free from vulnerability, setting up and monitoring new metrics and alarms, and driving root cause resolutions for recurring issues. Additionally, you will develop tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming system and service tickets covering multiple products, features, and services. Provide software deployment support in staging and production environments. Deliver logical and maintainable solutions to defined problems using appropriate technologies and meeting deadlines. Learn and incorporate current engineering best practices into designs, code, and procedures. Identify and scope problems and opportunities arising from technical discussions, calculate costs of proposed solutions, and make technical trade-offs. Contribute to operational excellence and troubleshoot defects as needed. Manage Company Wide Campaigns and ensure compliance risks (SAS, Shepherd, etc.) for ASCS systems are under control.
