About the Role
As an Associate in Digital Product Management, you will work within the Global Credit & Model Risk Oversight, Transaction Monitoring & GRC Capabilities (CMRC) team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring robust risk management by mitigating Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks, overseeing credit risks, and managing model risks.
The role is centered around developing advanced data capabilities for AML transaction monitoring, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring end-to-end data quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Technology, and Modeling, you’ll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the AML Data Capabilities team, you will:
- Develop Organized Data Layers: Build and maintain structured data layers for both production use and analytics to support AML transaction monitoring.
- Big Data Integration: Oversee end-to-end integration processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Enhance Data Intelligence: Collaborate with Strategy and Modeling teams to design standardized, globalized attribute calculations for various portfolios.
- Ensure Data Quality: Work closely with Tech teams to design and implement advanced data quality controls, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Drive Automation: Identify opportunities for automation to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies, ensuring alignment and timely execution of projects.
- Regulatory Support: Document analysis and regulatory reporting processes, creating comprehensive qualitative documents for stakeholders.
- Adopt Agile Practices: Utilize industry best agile practices to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with up to 2 years of work experience.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Hive and SQL with a strong understanding of Big Data technologies.
- Experience with Hadoop and Shell Scripting is a plus.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data engineering concepts, and tools like Python or Py-Spark is advantageous.
Analytical Skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage interdependencies and execute under tight deadlines.
