About the Role: US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services
Our team focuses on strategy and analytics to drive acquisition growth and deepen engagement with cardmembers. By delivering relevant content through preferred channels, we aim to maximize revenue and return on investment for marketing dollars. Our team is responsible for various business growth initiatives within the US consumer card business, integrating diverse skills to achieve success.
Purpose of the Role:
As an analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the personalization framework for both digital and non-digital customer acquisition channels. You’ll analyze the current arbitration framework, propose improvements, and collaborate with partners across Decision Science, Marketing, Product, and Technology to ensure business success. We’re looking for a proactive individual with strong technical skills, who can drive engagement and innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the personalization framework to drive revenue and improve business efficiency.
- Enhance customer engagement by delivering the right offers to the right customers.
- Use analytical and strategic thinking to influence decision-making across the partner ecosystem.
- Challenge and improve the current arbitration framework to ensure its effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management.
- Experience in a quantitative field, particularly in the Payments or Credit Card industry.
- Proficiency in analytical languages (e.g., Python, Pyspark) and databases (e.g., Hive, SQL).
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate business insights effectively.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Experience:
- Over 1 year of experience in the Payments or Credit Card industry, with a focus on Consumer Fraud or Market Risk.
- Familiarity with Digital Activity and Clickstream analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL (Hive, Yellow Brick, Python, Teradata) and exposure to machine learning modeling techniques.
