Job Title: Client Support Associate

Job Description:

American Express is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our Global Support team and assist our customers in managing their exposure to online credit card fraud. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 technical support tickets for existing clients, as well as successfully deploying the various components of Accertify’s Interceptas fraud prevention and chargeback management platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Freshers with no experience are welcome to apply

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of technical troubleshooting of applications, preferably supporting software as a service (SaaS)
  • Technical skills in data manipulation
  • Knowledge of SQL or XML, and Interceptas is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and build strategies for clients on Interceptas Fraud and Chargeback platform
  • Develop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies
  • Configure Analyst user interface to client’s specifications
  • Develop additional tactics and procedures to diminish customers’ risk
  • Troubleshoot client issues connecting to our systems and monitor for system alerts, contacting clients when interruptions in their data feed occur
  • Work closely with clients to identify new features and functionality for Interceptas
  • Collaborate with Accertify Subject Matter Experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies and fraud trends, adapting new approaches and features as needed
  • Develop a strong relationship with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments including Account Management, Operations, and Development teams
  • Provide feedback and enhancement ideas for the improvement of the Fraud and Chargeback platform
    Location: India – Hybrid (remote and office-based)
