Job Title: Software Engineer (Automation Development)

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience: Freshers / 0 – 5 years

Skills:

  1. Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, and OOPS.
  2. Familiarity with Agile Scrum Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps processes.
  3. Knowledge of Unit Testing tools, Mock Testing Tools, and Code Coverage Tools.
  4. Understanding of Design Patterns, Memory Management, and UML Diagrams.
  5. Experience with Scenario and Integration Testing.
  6. Proficiency in WPF, Telerik, and debugging skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Experience with automation tools like Test Complete and WinAppDriver is advantageous.
  9. Familiarity with consuming Cloud Services and REST interfaces, especially in Microsoft Azure.
  10. Capability to learn a wide range of technologies.
  11. Understanding of various Code Coverage Tools.
  12. Ability to identify gaps and develop new Automated Tests, along with maintaining them.
  13. Excellent communication skills.
  14. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functional areas.

Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with a team in an Agile, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery Software Development environment.
  2. Work on developing new and existing Automation Frameworks and Tools for large enterprise applications.
  3. Participate in the design and implementation of new features and frameworks for Automation.
  4. Contribute to Code Coverage of Automation and provide guidance to the Development and QA Team in writing more Automated Tests to increase Code Coverage.
  5. Address defects and enhance applications.
  6. Upgrade and maintain existing software and web services tests.
  7. Operate in a dynamic DevOps-oriented software development environment.
  8. Understand the functionalities of both web and desktop applications.
