As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ IT applications, systems, and networks. We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a strong knowledge of IT applications, systems, and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to work schedules, attendance, and leave policies.
- Comply with CGI and Client’s IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and quality standards.
- Participate in the recruitment process for initial member screening.
- Expected to work in a 24/7 environment on rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT applications, systems, and networks.
- Strong understanding of databases, Linux, and Wintel/Windows Server.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to learn and adapt to the latest technologies.
- Any additional IT skills, such as Unix, Network, Python, Scripting, or Database, will be considered an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn new emerging technologies.
