Job Description:

Cognizant is seeking fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of MS Office applications, basic computer proficiency, and a keen interest in accountancy to join our team as Process Executives in the Data department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office Proficiency: Utilize sound knowledge of MS Office applications for data processing and reporting.
• Accountancy Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of accountancy principles and practices.
• Computer Proficiency: Have basic computer knowledge to effectively perform job duties.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers as required, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Analytical Skills: Apply good analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
• Quality and Timeliness: Adhere to quality standards and achieve targets and volumes within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and mandatory requirements relevant to the process.
• Knowledge Management: Understand various document templates and standards, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to interpret documents and related terminologies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Organizational Hygiene: Comply with organizational requirements, including timely timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BCom, MCom, or BBA.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
