Responsibilities:

1. Communication Skills: Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members.
2. Data Management: Utilize your sound knowledge of MS Office applications and basic computer skills to efficiently handle and process data.
3. Customer Handling: Demonstrate good customer handling skills while providing support and assistance under the guidance of senior team members.
4. Process Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of domain-specific processes, sub-process functions, and related terminologies, such as SOPs and QC checklists.
5. Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to handle first-level processing of assigned transactions. Escalate complex problems and challenges to the Supervisor or Line Manager.
6. Quality Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality requirements and achieve targets and volumes within the given Turnaround Time (TAT).
7. Regulatory Compliance: Abide by all mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the assigned process.
8. Knowledge Management: Familiarize yourself with various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) to accurately interpret documents and related terminologies.
9. People and Team Management: Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a positive team dynamic and contributing to the overall success of the team.
10. Organizational Hygiene: Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including timely submission of timesheets, assimilation, and attendance.
