Skill Set:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, and SQL.
- Good knowledge of Generative AI and PV Case Processing.
- Proficient in .Net Core, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and testing skills.
- Well-versed in web research and Microsoft Office.
- Strong programming, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Description:
Business/Customer:
- Minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
- Perform data entry from source documents into the Clinical/Safety database, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
Coding:
- Perform coding activities efficiently within timelines.
- Manage import/export of coded medical terms, query management, and create new term requests.
- Perform dictionary upversioning activities as needed.
CDM:
- Conduct limited study activities with data review and query management assistance.
- Engage in limited email conversations with clients.
- Perform peer QC by supervisors or seniors, with no involvement in setup, migration, or major data pad locking activities.
Project/Process:
- Handle first-level processing of assigned transactions and refer complex problems to supervisors.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and process requirements.
Knowledge Management:
- Understand various document templates and standards (such as SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Maintain organizational hygiene and compliance in terms of timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
