Job Description:

• Requirement Analysis:
  • Understanding clients’ functional requirements.
  • Efficient execution of tasks.
  • Timely communication of concerns or issues regarding work output to the lead.
  • Adherence to schedules and timelines.
• Maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors.
• Compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Active participation in project and organizational initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.
• Proper classification and prioritization of tasks.
• Adherence to defined processes during task execution.
• Providing periodic task-level updates as needed.
• Assistance in creating documentation on client-specific applications, project processes, and workflows.
• Generating application-specific reports (e.g., SLA KPI reports, performance metrics, transaction processing counts, etc.).
• Participation in Calls and Status Reporting:
  • Engaging in daily standup calls and weekly meetings.
  • Collaborating in the creation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
• Learning and Training:
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of quality processes and practices employed in the project.
  • Immersing in project-specific documents and workshops to comprehend client application suites and technology stacks.
  • Attending Knowledge Transition sessions to enhance proficiency in project-specific knowledge.
  • Completion of domain, technical, and project-related training and certifications.
