Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Voice
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
- Proficiency in using a desktop computer system.
- Excellent documentation and typing skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong comprehension skills to understand and address customer issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support. Key tasks include:
- Data Management and Reporting: Map, evaluate, and report data to manage client recommendations. This involves reading and understanding various data types and formats.
- Research and Analysis: Perform general and extensive research, interpret available information accurately, and make quick, decisive judgments to compare, analyze, and rate search algorithms.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all Data Science Curation/QA activities. Collaborate with team members to identify process targets and provide feedback for new data science activity cases and features before release to clients.
- Issue Resolution and Feedback: Provide detailed feedback to Data Science Engineers/QA Engineers regarding data issues, including inaccuracies, late/missing data, or unexpected formatting. Recommend activity-wise improvements or corrections.
- Training and Mentorship: Create training materials based on activities and train new joiners, mentoring them to achieve the same level of proficiency as existing team members.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding client-related tools, projections, and data.
