Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 years
Skill Set:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Blockchain technologies, including Ethereum and Web3.js.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure Services.
- Excellent software development skills and testing knowledge.
- Strong programming and debugging skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Description:
- Role and Competency: Clearly understand the role and competency proficiency expectations. Highlight any observable deviations in areas of diversity and inclusion. Participate in recruitment processes and refer new talent for hiring.
- People Management: Mentor team members, ensure fair and transparent people management processes, and report any deviations. Conduct people management processes diligently.
- Engineering Outcomes: Understand and solicit performance feedback, help team members articulate project expectations, and proactively engage with team members to address their challenges. Commit to and honor engineering responsibilities, highlighting any dependencies, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Competency Building: Identify and close competency gaps within the team, drive best practices for competency proficiency, and facilitate participation in experience-building forums.
- Operational Efficiency: Keep skill profiles and resumes current, manage interview panel rosters, support new joiners, and ensure a fair performance management process. Drive the community-specific performance management process and keep track of rewards and recognitions.
- Engineering Mindshare: Identify and contribute to ideas that can be converted into reusable assets. Contribute to white papers, experience papers, and case studies under guidance.
