💼 Role Overview
As a Presales Specialist, you’ll own the pre-sales lifecycle, drive solutioning for RFPs, support business development efforts, and collaborate with leadership teams. You’ll help build competencies within the BU and contribute to account mining and go-to-market strategies.
🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed
3+ years of industry presales experience
Domain knowledge in Telecom or Media & Entertainment
Strong RFP response and proposal writing skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with SDLC, pricing, estimation, and solution articulation
🔄 Your Responsibilities
Lead presales and BD functions in coordination with region heads and client partners
Respond to RFPs, design solutions, and create winning proposals
Conduct market research and gather client intelligence
Coordinate client visits and manage collateral
Assist in domain capability building and knowledge sharing
