Job Title: Process Executive – Freshers

Job Description: Cognizant is conducting a walk-in drive for fresh graduates on 17th June. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Process Executives. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the assigned process. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in a reputed organization.

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately according to the process requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to carry out job responsibilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US Shift) and occasionally work from the office when required.
• Preferably have a background in Arts (2020/2021/2022 Batch only). PG/Engineering graduates are not eligible.
• Be an immediate joiner and possess all mandatory documents for background verification proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the work process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A graduate degree in any field.
• Freshers with no prior work experience are welcome.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office productivity tools.
• Ability to adapt to night shift schedules and occasional office work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
