Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of ~500 Udemy Business clients
Be the go-to platform expert and client advisor
Lead onboarding, reviews, renewals, and upsell conversations
Monitor engagement and identify churn risks or upsell opportunities
Relay user feedback to improve platform features
Support internal success initiatives and team projects
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, customer success, sales, or consulting
Great communicator with attention to detail
Excellent time and project management skills
Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a bonus
Adaptable, fast learner, and proactive mindset
