We are currently seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Risk Advisory Risk Assurance Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will have a CA qualification and will be a fresh graduate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects.
- Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services.
- Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches.
- Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.
- Play a substantive/lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing.
- Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Participate in proposal development efforts.
- Participate in “add-on” sales to clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- CA qualification

- Ability to understand how daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
