Job Designation: Junior Quality Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Freshers

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge in Adobe InDesign.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in different shifts.

Job Description:

As a Junior Quality Analyst, your pivotal role will revolve around collating and analyzing performance data against predefined parameters. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing quality and streamlining work practices within the organization to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze revisions received from publishers.
• Categorize and subcategorize errors identified by our artists.
• Identify root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
• Participate in continuous review activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achievement of targets.
• Take ownership of timely completion of revision analysis and other reports.
• Formulate corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
