GO-AI assists Amazon Fulfillment centers by providing human support for hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images. Short videos, typically 15 to 20 seconds long, are sent to GO-AI for humans to annotate with information about the products stored at fulfillment centers.

Using videos annotated by GO-AI Associates enhances the effectiveness of the automated process, ensuring high stow quality at the fulfillment center.

Job Title: GO AI Associate

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers / 0-2 years

Skills Required:

• Excellent data accuracy and logical reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of the internet, ability to set up/use laptops or desktops, and basic knowledge of tools/applications used in a work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Attention to detail.

Job Description: The Associate in this role watches videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, thoroughly understands them, and uses human judgment along with tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video. They verify or mark the product’s location through a tool with the highest level of accuracy, maintaining the fulfillment center’s stow quality. This operational role involves precise and thorough video/image annotations with a high degree of accuracy and duration, under general supervision.

GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts, consisting of a 9-hour shift including breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or as per business requirements. Night shift allowance is provided as per Amazon’s work policy if the associate works during night shifts.

Weekly Offs: Rotational two-consecutive day offs (5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off, not necessarily Saturday and Sunday) or as per business discretion.
