Job Description:
Join us in this role where you will be responsible for leading the Automation QA Team and spearheading projects. Your primary tasks will involve maintaining and updating frameworks for integrating new features, identifying opportunities for automation in manual processes, and providing technical support to your team.
Your duties will also encompass providing regression signoff in patch releases, automating manual test cases using QTP in a Keyword-driven framework, and executing Regression using Automated scripts in Service pack and cumulative patch releases.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Leverage in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in your technical discipline, along with a working understanding of related technical areas.
- Demonstrate seasoned expertise by solving complex problems creatively, exercising judgement based on comprehensive analysis.
- Operate independently with minimal guidance, potentially leading projects or specific project phases with some responsibility for capacity planning.
- Showcase extensive knowledge of the business domain and principles of the supported product area.
- Possess a deep understanding of the product beyond its user interface.
- Serve as a valuable resource for colleagues with less experience, potentially leading technical projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Solve multifaceted problems where data analysis demands an evaluation of identifiable factors, demonstrating decisive judgement in selecting methods and techniques to derive solutions.
