Job Description:
General Mills is hiring fresher graduates for the role of Technology Asset Management Support Analyst. As a Technology Asset Management Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting critical stakeholders and processes that work together to deliver an effective Technology Asset Management (TAM) program. This includes data entry and analytics, data governance, coaching/training of ServiceNow functionality, audit control support, dashboard/KPI and metrics management, documentation maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Add and modify data elements in the Asset and discovery data tables to support an effective Cyber Security risk mitigation program.
- Ensure data governance and maintain documentation, processes, and control standards.
- Coach and train stakeholders on ServiceNow functionality.
- Perform data entry and analytics to support asset owners.
- Provide support for audit control processes.
- Manage and improve dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of asset lifecycle management and support asset owners in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams (data, analysts, QA, etc.) to provide accurate inputs for maintaining CMDB and dashboard metrics.
- Research and find technical solutions through collaboration with the technical community.
- Provide innovative ideas/solutions leveraging Continuous Improvement tools.
- Embrace a client service mindset and build strong relationships through collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) and interact with peers, Project Managers, Asset Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in training opportunities for self-initiated refresher trainings to stay up-to-date with application key features and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience.
- Fundamentals of ServiceNow – Now Platform.
- Fundamentals of MS Excel, Word & Teams.
- Good understanding of hardware & software asset management (preferred).
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM (preferred).
- Asset lifecycle awareness (preferred).
- Knowledge sharing mindset and willingness to learn and share with the team.
